Caldermeade Park

Caldermeade Park is a located in the Gippsland region of Victoria where good pasture and fresh air provide an ideal environment to grow quality livestock for supply to local markets. Our family has been supplying quality first grade lambs for over four decades to local butchers providing the base to a good home cooked meal. We are currently producing a range of cuts including the following:
  • Square Cut Bone in and Boneless Shoulders
  • Boneless Shoulders
  • Frenched and Cap on Racks
  • Shortloins
  • Bone in and Boneless Legs
  • Flaps, Trim, Fat, Necks and Shanks
All our lamb is processed at our Tatura facility which is Halal accredited and Australian government establishment number 2261. Our lamb is distributed exclusively through our partnership with Nach Foods who have supported our programme for a number of years.
