Caldermeade Park is a located in the Gippsland region of Victoria where good pasture and fresh air provide an ideal environment to grow quality livestock for supply to local markets.

Our family has been supplying quality first grade lambs for over four decades to local butchers providing the base to a good home cooked meal. We believe in only using prime high quality lamb breeds from dedicated Australian farmers who raise their stock on good pasture.

We only use natural ingredients when adding marinates to our meat products to value add your eating experience. These marinates are applied to fresh product and packaged for your convenience.
